Meet Lauren, coach and owner
Lauren is a biochemist, former research scientist, certified nutrition coach, certified running coach, experienced personal trainer, ultrarunner, mountaineer, adventure racer and mom to three boys.
Lauren has worked with men and women from all backgrounds and especially enjoys working with women midlife and beyond. From weight loss, life coaching, general fitness to running and mountain sport goals, Lauren prides herself on creating comprehensive and 100% individualized fitness and nutrition plans for clients.

Last couple 3-4 years I've been sliding backwards with speed and not having as much fun. Post menopause I got slower and it was miserable. Running was not as fun as it used to be.
As they say, keep doing the same thing and you'll get the same result. So I went outside of myself and hired a running coach, Lauren.
In our 1 year together I gave her 3 big goals that I wanted to achieve.
#1 to run more then 100 miles in the alotted race time. DONE. Finished with 105 miles!
#2 To be on the podium for a specific trail race that I loved doing every year. DONE. On the podium I was!
#3 To beat my time in a 3 day stage race I had done a couple times before. DONE. I took 53 minutes off my overall time! Bonus, I made the podium too!
If your running body has changed due to weight gain/loss, menopause or other physical changes I hope you will talk to Lauren about it. I'm glad I did. Running is fun again!!!
